A detailed information architecture consisting from the sign up flows, creation of accounts, payments, deposits, cards, account settings etc was created. Stake holder’s involvement was also high in this process as it required a lot of their inputs.

But hey, we're not ones to back down from a challenge! I put my thinking cap on and went into full-on brainstorming mode, determined to come up with something mind-blowing. And guess what? I struck gold! I cracked the code to a money transfer flow (Bank transfer specifically) that was faster. It took countless iterations, scribbling on papers, and firing up those brain cells, but I finally nailed it. Oh, and let's not forget the valuable input from our stakeholders. Together, we crafted a user flow that's pure genius.
